The tomb of Khaemteri is one of the three tombs with a combined fore court, directly next to Senedjem. The three tombs belong to a father Amennakht TT218 and his brother Nebenmaat TT219. All carry the title of “worker”.
The entrance is in TT218 and downstairs there care three little chapels, one for each of them. The interesting thing of these tombs is that TT218 (father) is poly chrome, while the sons are monochrome. The reason for the color change is up till now unknown.
The amazing fact is that the Ministry opened 4 tombs for the public in 2016, which have been closed for many years.
